Polo Custom Products has the capability to custom thermoform fabrics and foam. Polo manufactures a wide variety of thermoformed products such as carrying cases, holsters, pouches, pad assemblies, and compartment liners and dividers.

Thermoforming is a method of processing flat material such as polyester or nylon into a finished 3-dimensional shape. The process begins with fabric laminated to one or both sides of foam. The laminate is then placed in a 2-piece mold to form the necessary shape. Heat and pressure are applied, permanently molding the laminate into the desired semi-rigid product.

Polo Custom Products' ability to thermoform carrying cases gives our customers the added benefit of a stylish, attractive yet protective case. For added protection, die cut foam inserts can be added to cases or we can form dedicated cavities into the case to hold your instruments in place during transportation. If your custom carrying case requires even more protection, PE sheets can be incorporated into the foam lamination process to add superior durability.

Thermoformed holsters offer comfort of wear as well as durability against environmental elements. Polo Custom Products manufactures custom holsters for a variety of OEMs who offer products to law enforcement officers, military, HAZMAT, and EMS personnel.
